  • Integrated with 3rd party technical services such as Daily.co, Cronofy, Mixpanel, Segment, Agora, Customer.io, AWS.

  • Partnered with Youtube, Spotify, Tiktok, Bandsintown, ShopMyShelf.

  • Growth up to 123k MAU from Dec 2021 to Feb 2022.

• SupplyHive.ai (https://supplyhive.com/)

  • Released an MVP version to raise $2M in the last 6 months of 2020.

  • Integrated SurveyJS and customized the survey builder to adapt to the business requirements.

  • GreenRing.co (https://greenring.co)

  • Released the new version of GreenRing including auto-add subscribers to celebrities' Instagram close friend list.

  • Reached 7560 subscriptions within 1 month after releasing the final version in Dec 2021.

• Organization:

  • Established and rolled out better development practices for the team in order to improve productivity and product quality, including debate ideas, timeline estimates, Agile development, balance velocity, and regular bug triaging.

  • Established a better review performance process for the team in order to ensure transparency and fairness.

  • Scaled up the cross-functional team from 8 to 20 members.

  • Got promoted from Senior Project Manager to Team Leader within a year.

  • Mentored one Project Manager member, and one QC to be a project manager.

  • Collaborated with HR to organize the team's events, and maintain transparency - freedom in company culture.
