In 2018-2020, Sendo is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Vietnam. The competitor to Shopee.vn in the downtown e-commerce area.

Sendo.vn creates a B2C online commerce platform, allowing buyers and sellers to interact and buy goods online. 

During this period, Sendo focused on developing and promoting Marketing with new features such as Livestream, Loyalty system, mini-game system, and trivia game.

Key Accomplishments

Role: Senior Product Owner (Scrum)

• Completed 3/5 KAs in KR: 12M MAU of Q4 - 2019 (Marketing Department)

• Successfully released Coin Management Service & 2 mini-game together with Marketing Department for App Engagement & Loyalty projects.

• Launched trivia game same as Confetti during 1 month of implementation to support running Black Friday event

• Reached a maximum of 5000 viewers in a trivia game during the Black Friday event.

• Released several internal services/tools (Affiliate, CMS, Coin Management, Event Management, Category Management)
