Managing 2 squads with a total of 2 Tech Leads, 8 Developers, and 2 QCs. One squad was built from the beginning.
Establishing the Critical Path process for delivering internal inquiry tickets and a process for delivering Epics with the participation of the Data Analytics team.
Organizing Squad Health Check to analyze team morale and enhancements.
Collaborated with Product Managers to analyze the key product metrics by using GA4.
Delivered an MVP project to integrate with Google Email APIs for around 3 months with the collaboration of 3 different squads (a total of 18 engineers involved).

Built and developed a Squad from the ground up, including 2 front-end engineers, 2 back-end engineers, and 1 QA engineer.
Successfully learned the Spotify Tribe Squad model and delivered the 2 Epics within a 2-month probation period.
Delivered an equivalent of 16 customer inquiries to change SLA logistic rules each month, resulting in improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities of Technical Project Manager
Coordinate a delivery team (squad) of Product Manager, Tech Lead, Engineers, Data Analysts, QCs to deliver complex solutions for business requirements.
Allocate the resources for delivering the Epics and external inquiries.
Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports.
Document and implement best practices and streamline processes.
Identifying, assessing, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and develop project team members.
Supervise and lead squads by providing direction, motivation, and support.
Contribute to the project management body of knowledge within the organization.
Collaborate with Product Manager to define and maintain the roadmap.
Overseeing the work happening around team members as a helicopter view to ensure there are no blockers and less of dependencies.
